Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in a SaaS environment, and at least 2 years of leadership experience in coaching, training, or sales/business development onboarding. A proven track record of hiring, developing, and promoting Sales Development Representatives is required, along with demonstrated ability to design training programs and measure coaching impact. Experience with instructional design, particularly in scalable and impactful curriculum development, is necessary, as is proficiency with sales technology stacks like Salesforce, GONG, Highspot, Mindtickle, Rise/Articulate, Outreach, Tableau, and LinkedIn. Strong presentation skills, data storytelling abilities, and superior time management are also essential.
The Manager, SDR Onboarding will design, implement, and optimize the onboarding experience for new Sales Development Representatives to accelerate their productivity and success. This includes developing and delivering comprehensive training on Procore products, sales methodologies, market positioning, prospecting techniques, and internal tools, using Procore's certification program and "Know, Do, Prove" methodology. The role involves providing ongoing coaching and support to ramping SDRs, preparing them to effectively sell value to their assigned segments, and managing early-stage certifications and readiness criteria. The manager will also partner cross-functionally with various departments to innovate the ramping experience and deliver performance analysis and program metrics in regular business reviews with senior leadership.
