Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of B2B Account Management experience, including managing a revenue book and upselling. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to navigate multilayer organizations, and a results-oriented approach with a proven record of top performance are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong telephone presence, web presentation skills, and technical aptitude, preferably with Salesforce or a similar CRM system, are also required. The role involves driving higher adoption rates for underutilized customers, maintaining a thorough understanding of customer business needs, managing the sales funnel for renewals and expansions, flagging customer risks, and staying knowledgeable about workforce management and time & attendance industry trends.
