The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of enterprise/strategic account management experience, preferably within the payments or technology sector, and 3+ years of experience supporting the professional services segment, particularly the legal and accounting market segments. They should demonstrate a proven track record of achieving revenue growth and possess the ability to develop and execute effective account growth strategies with a deep understanding of sales cycles for complex enterprise solutions. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills are also required, along with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence senior leadership.
As the Enterprise Account Manager, you will develop and implement effective account management strategies to achieve corporate revenue objectives for enterprise accounts, directly manage and nurture a named account list, lead quarterly business reviews with executive decision makers, cultivate deep relationships with key accounts, identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, drive revenue growth within your book of business, work closely with the customer success team, stay informed of industry trends, work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, regularly track and report on key account management metrics, and travel to client sites and conferences.
