Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will own a quota-carrying role focused on expanding business within existing accounts. This involves identifying and closing new sales opportunities, building relationships, and driving long-term client success. You will conduct discovery calls, demo additional solutions, manage a pipeline, and proactively generate new revenue from existing customers while ensuring ongoing account engagement. Responsibilities include managing the full expansion sales cycle, identifying and qualifying upsell opportunities, providing tailored solutions and product demonstrations, responding to inbound leads, actively prospecting into assigned accounts, and driving outbound outreach to engage existing customers in expansion conversations.
