Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in FinTech or SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise-level or high ARR clients, with a proven track record of retention, expansion, and excellence
  • Strong track record of driving measurable impact, influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, influence without authority, and build long-term trust with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability, precision, and data-driven insights are essential
  • Proven ability to surfacing insights to product, marketing, and delivery teams to influence roadmap and internal prioritization
  • Experience leading customer business reviews (CBRs) and executive alignment sessions that highlight ROI, KPIs, and partnership success
  • Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills, with the ability to work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams
  • Experience driving cross-functional outcomes and resolving complex client challenges
  • Ability to mentor junior CSMs and share expertise to support their growth and development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
  • Experience with product adoption, rollout of new capabilities, or process enhancements
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Experience working with Sales teams to deliver a seamless client experience and maximize account potential
  • Strong data-driven insights and analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)

Responsibilities

  • Develop mastery of Built’s suite of products & solutions
  • Align with executive stakeholders and client leadership to understand strategic goals, influence vision, and communicate Built’s roadmap and value
  • Lead customer business reviews (CBRs) and executive alignment sessions that highlight ROI, KPIs, and partnership success
  • Work hand-in-hand with Senior Account Managers to ensure strategic and commercial goals are met, fostering a unified approach to partnership growth
  • Represent the voice of the customer by surfacing insights to product, marketing, and delivery teams to influence roadmap and internal prioritization
  • Collaborate across Implementation, Support, Product, and Revenue teams to drive cross-functional outcomes and resolve complex client challenges
  • Lead key initiatives across clients, such as driving product adoption, rollout of new capabilities, or process enhancements
  • Support the development of junior CSMs by sharing expertise, reviewing strategies, and delegating appropriate workstreams
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the Client Success team and help scale successful practices
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, driving retention, expansion, and excellence across enterprise-level or high ARR clients
