Responsibilities

The Client Partner will take ownership of client outcomes by understanding their business needs and positioning Livefront for success. They will communicate Livefront's value proposition, manage client communication to build trust, and earn deep client relationships through delivery excellence. Responsibilities include nurturing new relationships, providing counsel to client digital product leaders, defining and ensuring delivery of outcomes, crafting Statements of Work, leading quarterly business reviews, and staying informed on market trends and AI applications. The Client Partner will also identify new business opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and serve as an escalation point for client relationships.
