Candidates must have experience driving successful onboarding, expansion, and renewal of existing customers, along with a strong understanding of large, complex customers and the ability to influence multiple client stakeholders. Proven negotiation skills at the C-suite level are also required.
The Account Executive will create and execute a go-to-market plan for a defined territory, focusing on new logo growth, client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and achievement of assigned quotas. They will develop and execute individual account plans to maximize revenue, margin, market share, and relationship depth, while establishing and maintaining strong client and partner relationships at the senior leadership level. Responsibilities also include partnering with cross-functional teams and Marketing to drive platform adoption and account-based marketing strategies, providing market feedback, and managing enterprise accounts.
