Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 1-2 years of outside sales experience. Experience in negotiating with and selling to enterprise IT buyers in a quota-carrying sales role is essential. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancement, proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM and Microsoft Office, familiarity with enterprise procurement processes, and strong communication skills are required. Knowledge of enterprise software sales, subscription services, or SaaS licensing methodologies is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and ensuring the accuracy of sales projections. This role involves collaborating with channel partners to generate revenue and promote solutions, developing and leading a sales pipeline for strategic transactions, and prospecting to penetrate accounts and reach decision-makers. The manager will also define and complete sales plans for their assigned territory to meet or exceed quota, build value propositions by developing and presenting proposals, and drive account strategies while coordinating team selling efforts with partners.
