Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, coaching, or training within SaaS or B2B sales
  • Proven success coaching quota-carrying sellers to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, BANT or similar)
  • Ability to create engaging learning experiences — from role-plays to workshops to digital content
  • Comfort working with data and call analytics to inform coaching decisions
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without authority

Responsibilities

  • Coach sellers 1:1 and in groups on call execution, deal strategy, and opportunity management
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted coaching plans that move the needle
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs that align with Outreach’s go-to-market strategy and selling techniques (consultative selling, closing & negotiation skills, presentation & communication, facilitation, objections, etc)
  • Leverage data and call insights to personalize coaching and measure performance improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, revenue ops, and enablement peers to create a seamless learning journey
  • Drive adoption of Outreach on Outreach best practices, showcasing the art and science of selling
