Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Management, or a related role within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, with a preference for direct SaaS or AI sales experience. A strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and the needs of quota-carrying Account Executives is essential, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for driving seller performance by equipping Account Executives with the necessary tools, skills, and coaching to ramp quickly and exceed quota. This includes collaborating on sales onboarding and ramp acceleration to reduce time-to-productivity, standardizing and reinforcing key sales cycle stages, and delivering regular training and feedback to improve seller execution. The role also involves aligning content and messaging with Product Marketing, tracking and reporting on enablement program effectiveness, and leading sales readiness efforts for product launches and new market entries. Direct deal support, including strategy, meeting preparation, and ride-alongs for newer reps, is also a key responsibility.
