Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate dynamic, instructor-led onboarding programs for Sales Development Representatives, Inside Sales Team, Partner Account Managers, Account Executives, and future programs
  • Guide employees through self-led learning content, owning impactful sessions from start to finish
  • Deliver training that integrates complex processes, industry knowledge, competitive analysis, pricing, and value conversations
  • Elevate advanced learners with content that capitalizes on their prerequisite skills, shared experiences, and veteran insights
  • Leverage learning theory to implement methods that support ongoing knowledge and development growth
  • Evaluate trainee performance, provide actionable feedback to Sales leaders and Enablement Managers, establish success criteria, and conduct assessments
  • Proactively review, refine, and update training content (instructor-led and e-learning) for accuracy, currency, and compliance, tracking and archiving changes
  • Collaborate extensively with Revenue leaders, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, and other Enablement team members
  • Prioritize collective team success, align individual contributions with team objectives, and focus on long-term impact
  • Execute all tasks with attention to detail
