Requirements

Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and possess a strong network within the region. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an account executive is required, along with a proven track record of high performance and consistent quota attainment. Detail-orientation, results-driven ambition, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment are essential. Experience with modern sales tech stacks, including AI tools, Hubspot, Sales Nav, Clay, Notion, and Slack, is necessary. Responsibilities

The Account Executive will be responsible for revenue generation and business development, focusing on building and managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities. They will meticulously manage the sales process from qualification to close, foster community within the HR space by establishing relationships and attending/organizing events, and connect with prospects through various events. Pipeline generation is a key duty, as is representing the Mento brand and creating outstanding first impressions. The role involves contributing to sales strategy, evolving the sales playbook, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and coaching teams. Experimentation with new techniques and practices to drive improvement is also expected.
