  • Salary: $13/hour base, increasing to $15/hour after 90 days, and $16/hour after one year. An additional $3/hour bilingual allowance is applicable on all working hours.
  • States of Residence: Georgia, Alabama, or Tennessee.

The Bilingual Sleep Coach is responsible for conducting outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders. This role involves promoting and selling CPAP equipment, ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention through effective outreach and relationship building. We are seeking ambitious, highly motivated individuals for a fast-paced, growing organization. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to multi-task, and possess exceptional time management and phone skills.

Hours & Location

  • This is a remote, full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week.
  • Candidates must reside in Georgia, Alabama, or Tennessee.
  • Necessary equipment will be shipped to your home prior to the start date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders, aiming for a 50% reorder rate while ensuring patient compliance and satisfaction.
  • Promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters, with targets of 80% of orders including a mask and 75% including seals.
  • Utilize effective outreach strategies to assess patient equipment usage and satisfaction, maximizing patient engagement in the S3 program.
  • Verify and update patient records, including insurance details, to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all patient interactions, including promptly returning voicemails within two hours, adhering to high phone etiquette standards, and fostering positive patient relationships.
  • Efficiently navigate the platform to process orders according to client-specific procedures.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English

Job Expectations

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Adherence to applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
