Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support revenue teams in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals
  • Host weekly enablement sessions for revenue teams, particularly Sales and SDRs
  • Focus on new Enablement AI initiatives for GTM, build out new processes, and bring on new tools to utilize AI for each team
  • Create and curate sales enablement content, including sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and presentations
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps, and develop tailored training programs
  • Work 1:1 with sales managers and leaders, and meet with ICS to understand gaps and needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Use WorkRamp and Articulate to build trainings for the sales organization
  • Identify new operational and tool needs for the sales org (especially AI), and assist in implementation and rollout
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvements and inform priorities
  • Partner with product marketing to align sales and marketing messaging, content, and campaigns, and provide feedback
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of revenue team members through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
  • Serve as trusted advisor to revenue leadership with insights on optimizing sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement
  • Utilize tools and AI for data and detail-driven decision making
