Proven experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams is required, as are strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the CEO and leadership team, amplifying leadership impact by ensuring clear priorities, disciplined initiative execution, and organizational alignment. Key responsibilities include leading company-wide quarterly planning and execution tracking, identifying and streamlining operational bottlenecks, serving as a connector between teams for cross-functional alignment, acting as a thought partner and proxy for the CEO, preparing board and investor materials, and owning and executing high-impact special projects such as GTM strategy or product launches.
