Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and optimize team performance metrics using Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing BDRs to meet and exceed pipeline and meeting-generation goals
  • Provide ongoing feedback and career development for team members through regular 1:1s, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Drive qualified meetings
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine our go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure outbound efforts are targeted, data-driven, and aligned with company growth goals
