Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and have over 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role. Experience in a fast-paced, global, multicultural company, preferably in the SaaS industry, is preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce and sales productivity tools like Gong, Outreach, and Zoominfo is highly desirable, as is strong analytical ability and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKups). Full professional proficiency in English is required, along with a helpful, supportive nature, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to translate technical requirements for business stakeholders.
The Sales Operations Manager will drive operational efficiencies across the AMER region by shaping go-to-market strategies, generating data-driven insights in Salesforce, and ensuring the availability of necessary processes, tools, documentation, and training. Key responsibilities include maintaining CRM data hygiene for accurate reporting, managing Salesforce and related technology tools, and acting as the primary contact for operational tasks such as deal support and sales tech stack assistance. This role involves supporting the onboarding and ongoing enablement of the sales organization, building reports and dashboards for activity monitoring and data analysis, and assisting with the implementation and maintenance of sales productivity tools. Additionally, the manager will guarantee the integrity of order processing in the CRM, coordinate with GTM teams, Finance, and Legal for process adherence and billing, review financial data for commission calculations and reporting, manage cross-departmental projects to improve internal sales processes, and enhance process documentation.
