Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within a scaling B2B SaaS company, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience supporting multi-segment, multi-geo sales organizations is required, along with deep expertise in Salesforce and related sales tools, strong CRM architecture, reporting, and automation skills. Experience managing and developing operations team members while staying hands-on, strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and interpret complex data, exceptional project management and change management capabilities, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also necessary. Experience building and leading high-performing Sales Ops teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Head/Director of Sales Operations will partner with Sales and GTM leadership to design and execute scalable go-to-market strategies, lead annual and quarterly planning including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota allocation, and deliver clear, actionable insights on pipeline performance, forecasting, and growth opportunities. They will also build and maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to track sales performance, optimize sales processes to remove friction and improve conversion rates, and oversee the sales tech stack ensuring tools are integrated, reliable, and fully adopted. This role involves aligning with Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Finance for seamless lead flow and reporting, and mentoring and developing a high-performing Sales Ops team while staying hands-on where needed.
