Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end operational cadence for assigned sales segment across four key areas: Inspect & Inform, Investigate, Resolve, and Enforce
  • Inspect & Inform: Proactively monitor sales execution metrics, pipeline health, and forecast trends to identify risks and opportunities; surface critical insights and flag issues to business stakeholders, translating complex data into a clear narrative
  • Investigate: Partner directly with sales leadership to conduct root cause analysis when metrics are falling behind; understand what’s working, what’s not, and underlying drivers of performance
  • Resolve: Collaborate with sales leaders to design and implement corrective action plans; co-own resolution by shaping changes in strategy, tactics, and sales plays
  • Enforce: Drive adoption of operational excellence; ensure adherence to best practices in pipeline management, enforce key metrics hygiene, and champion consistent execution of Go to Market plays and sales processes
  • Act as trusted advisor and strategic co-pilot to sales organization and leadership, driving strategy, enforcing operational rigor, and delivering insights to accelerate performance
