Requirements

  • Experience leading a team across different geographies and ability to motivate others
  • Bias towards action and ability to thrive in a constantly changing work environment
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience (CRM sales experience preferred), having exceeded personal goals
  • 3+ years of sales management experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Gong.io, Google Apps)
  • Passion for hospitality and desire to support operators and their business needs
  • Experience running complex sales cycles and mastering consultative processes
  • Proven success in leading teams

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strong people leader: assess team strengths and weaknesses, manage accordingly, and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
  • Grow the team by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top salespeople
  • Assist on important deals, including prospecting top new restaurant groups, sourcing decision makers, creating sales decks, and supporting throughout the sales cycle, including closing
  • Ensure regional integration by staffing the team and driving Account Executives to meet revenue-based regional goals
  • Establish best practices for managing a sales team and their book of business; develop new sales plans, strategies, and programs to increase team productivity
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Coach and develop the sales team, manage performance, and contribute to complex sales cycles
