Requirements

Candidates should possess deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry and molecular diagnostic experience is strongly preferred, along with experience selling oncology-based tests and services into the Pathology and/or Oncology clinical communities. Demonstrated success in recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent is required, as well as the ability to prioritize and align organizational goals and objectives, enable innovation, and develop and utilize cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a Regional Sales Team and exceeding sales goals across Tempus’s product portfolio, encompassing the creation and implementation of regional and territory business plans, the selection, hiring, training, development, and management of Clinical Account Executives within a defined geographic region, and managing business results, sales activities, and cross-functional initiatives. They will also be responsible for securing and analyzing relevant information, knowledge of the region, market intelligence, and political landscape to identify key issues and commit to action, as well as developing and conducting regional sales meetings, evaluating performance of Clinical Account Executives, identifying contracting opportunities, and management oversight of Tempus’s CRM solution for the defined geographic region, all while collaborating with cross-functional partners to access resources and maximize outcomes.
