Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, and at least 2+ years of relative industry experience. They should demonstrate expertise in SaaS retention and sales process, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
The Growth Sales Representative will manage a territory of approximately 60 existing Alteryx customers through the customer lifecycle, focusing on renewal and expansion. This includes running business value justification meetings, navigating procurement processes, negotiating timely renewals, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. The role involves proactively growing software usage, enabling customer success, leveraging the Alteryx Alliances and Channels Ecosystem, accurately forecasting revenue, escalating complex issues, and maintaining a 3X pipeline coverage while consistently achieving quarterly quotas. Travel is expected to be approximately 25% of the time.
