Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Manager will provide deal desk support by reviewing and approving quotes and deal structures, serving as the point of intake for special pricing, and guiding the sales team to close deals efficiently. They will also manage bookings intake, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating revenue recognition, and serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, building and optimizing Flows, managing custom objects, and overseeing integrations. Furthermore, the role involves owning the sales tech stack, evaluating new tools, and building insightful Tableau and Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide sales leaders with visibility into performance, as well as collaborating with sales leadership and other stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
