  • Summary: As an SDR, Mid-Market, you'll be a crucial part of driving Deel's growth by breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within target customer segments. You’ll collaborate with the wider sales team, conduct market research, and qualify leads by understanding their approach to onboarding. Deel aims to build a generational platform that seamlessly connects companies with talent worldwide.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive Deel’s growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads.
  • Learn from the sales team and contribute to building a world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Educate and develop leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, events, webinars, campaigns).
  • Identify and develop a deep understanding of lead generation processes.
  • Support marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and handoff to Account Executives.
  • Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
