Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts to generate sales leads. They will collaborate with the sales team to build out the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack. The role involves educating and developing leads through various channels, identifying lead generation processes, and supporting marketing activities. Additionally, they will generate email sequences, make cold calls to penetrate accounts, and conduct follow-up communications until meetings are set.
