The Clinical Outreach Specialist will engage with Health Care Providers (HCPs) to build relationships, educate them on PHIL processes, and introduce new product launches on the PHIL platform. They will provide excellent customer service via phone and digital messaging, respond to office feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with internal teams to develop solutions. The role also involves explaining the end-to-end prescription lifecycle, understanding and articulating program-level rules, and triaging and resolving order-related escalations.
