Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience, positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills. Experience with inbound and outbound calling, proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, and experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment are preferred. A willingness to contribute to company success and a desire to improve the U.S. healthcare system are also required. Experience with healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the revenue organization and meet or exceed BDR activity metrics. They will collaborate with sales teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities. Responsibilities include researching accounts, identifying key targets, generating interest, identifying compelling events, and developing accounts. The role involves conducting high-level discovery conversations, managing, tracking, and reporting on all activities using Salesforce, and working with Growth Marketing to drive event attendance.
