Panoptyc is seeking a driven and independent salesperson to expand its business within the micro market sector. The role focuses primarily on acquiring new clients and secondarily on growing existing accounts. You will be responsible for selling theft detection software and smart cameras through outbound outreach and relationship building. This position begins as a contract-to-hire role with a trial period to ensure mutual fit, which can be full-time or part-time.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the continued growth and direction of the company.
  • Gain insights into the operations of a fast-growing startup.
  • Receive comprehensive sales training from the Sales Director.
  • Engage in daily challenges to foster professional growth.
  • Pursue significant growth opportunities with potential executive track to management and leadership.
  • Increase top-line revenue and unit deployment.
  • Educate yourself on Panoptyc's products and services.
  • Contact dormant and warm leads within Panoptyc's micro market channel.
  • Learn, practice, and master the Panoptyc sales methodology.
  • Contact new markets for Panoptyc's technology.
  • Conduct and manage business development activities including:
    • Cold calling and warm calling
    • Follow-ups
    • Cold emailing/social media outreach
    • Holding webinars
    • Attending conferences and events
    • Making in-person customer visits
    • Posting on social media
    • Creating monthly customer newsletters
  • Track outreach effectiveness and sales metrics, iterating approaches for maximum impact.
  • Maintain the CRM.
  • Build and maintain lead lists for the micro market industry.
  • Share customer feedback regarding technology and areas for improvement.
  • Build sales process documentation.
  • Tier prospective customers and expansion opportunities, tailoring outreach accordingly.

Education and Experience Requirements
