Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will help with the continued growth and direction of the company, learn the inner workings of a small startup, receive sales training from the Sales Director, challenge themselves daily, grow professionally, increase top-line revenue and unit deployment, educate themselves on Panoptyc’s products and services, call on dormant and warm leads, call on new markets, conduct and effectively manage business development activities, track outreach effectiveness and sales metrics, maintain CRM, build and maintain lead lists, share customer feedback, build sales process documentation, put prospective customers and expansion opportunities into tiers, tailor outreach to the opportunity size and tier, and ultimately protect retail together.
