Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or RM roles, with at least 2 years of relative industry experience in SaaS retention and sales process, and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred. They should demonstrate expertise in value-driven sales, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to influence are also required.
The Growth Sales Representative will manage a territory of approximately 60 existing Alteryx Customers through the customer lifecycle, focusing on renewal and expansion, including running business value justification meetings and negotiating timely renewals. They will proactively identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer business goals, effectively network with executives, accurately forecast revenue attainment, escalate technical or business issues, take a proactive approach in growing software usage, leverage the Alteryx Alliances and Channels Ecosystem, and maintain a 3X pipeline coverage while achieving quarterly quotas. Additionally, the role involves 25% travel for customer visits and internal meetings.
