Candidates should have at least 1 year of inside sales experience, though none is strictly required. Strong computer skills, proficiency in Mac OSX and Google Platforms, and familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach are beneficial. Experience working with Catholic Parishes or dioceses, knowledge of the Catholic church's leadership structure, day-to-day parish activities, faith formation programs, sacramental activities, and parish/diocesan budgets or financials are highly recommended. Sales experience involving phone communication, including being courteous, well-spoken, curious, and skilled at asking questions, is necessary. This KPI/metric-driven role requires making at least 75 cold outbound calls daily and scheduling 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives. The representative will engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their community engagement challenges and communicate how Pushpay can provide solutions. They will utilize software like Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build their pipeline and work collaboratively with a team to achieve targets.
