The Sales Development Representative will generate qualified business leads through outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, online research, social media, and industry events. They will qualify potential customers, set appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain the lead database in Salesforce. Responsibilities also include supporting the sales and presales teams by coordinating product demos, preparing sales materials, providing administrative support, and assisting with RFX proposal preparation and market research.
