Sales Development Representative

Position Overview

Modern Health is seeking a driven and creative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team. As an SDR, you will partner with our Strategic Account Executives to generate leads and drive top-of-funnel deals for our highly sought-after Named Accounts. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to Modern Health's mission of making mental health a strength and priority for all.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality net new opportunities.
• Engage with prospects through multiple channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual/in-person events.
• Create and execute account-based, multi-threaded, and creative outreach campaigns to generate interest with prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to formulate personalized messaging and collateral that effectively communicates Modern Health's value proposition.

Workforce: Modern Health is a fully remote workforce. To maintain our culture and team connection, we require overlapping hours for all employees. Team members outside the Pacific time zone are expected to work at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm Pacific time each workday.
