Position Overview

Zoom is seeking an AI Prospecting Specialist to join our Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy organization. This role is pivotal in driving our internal AI sales strategy and execution across the Zoom platform. You will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and fostering AI-enabled growth and innovation throughout Zoom's product portfolio.

About the Team

As a member of the Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy team, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing AI-driven sales strategies. Your role will involve advocating for and driving the adoption of AI solutions and modern sales technology to enhance Zoom's sales effectiveness and deliver greater customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute AI sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate AI capabilities into sales processes.
  • Engage with executive leadership to align AI sales strategy with overarching business objectives.
  • Create and implement AI-powered sales tools and methodologies.
  • Drive the adoption of AI solutions across various sales teams.
  • Analyze the impact and ROI of AI implementations.
  • Develop best practices for AI-enhanced sales operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy or sales operations.
  • Extensive understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in sales environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and the sales technology stack.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Background in SaaS/Cloud solutions is preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary Range or On Target Earnings (OTE):
    • Minimum: $97,600.00
    • Maximum: $225,700.00
  • Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that includes base salary, bonus, and equity value.
  • Starting pay will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • A location-based compensation structure may apply, with potentially different ranges for candidates in this and other locations.
