A high level of comfort with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools and processes is essential, along with a dedication to tracking and improving performance daily. A deep interest in understanding business challenges and a sense of entrepreneurship are required. Prior experience in customer-facing or sales roles, CRM experience (preferably Salesforce), and a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university are preferred.
The Sales Development Representative will source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach. They will qualify prospects through consultative selling using BANT criteria, grow the top of the sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns, research companies, and add prospects to the outbound list. Additionally, they will maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce.
