Responsibilities

  • Own personal pipeline and run high-quality multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads (50% individual contributor)
  • Partner with Account Executives for smooth handoffs, alignment, and pipeline generation
  • Use Salesforce daily to manage activity, ensure data integrity, and maintain performance visibility
  • Experiment with new messaging, channels, and outreach tactics to optimize efficiency and conversion rates
  • Meet and exceed individual targets for outbound activities, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline value
  • Seek feedback, track results, and continuously improve sales performance and leadership skills
  • Attend virtual and in-person events to expand awareness and build relationships
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 SDRs, fostering skill development in prospecting, objection handling, qualification, and messaging (50% team leadership)
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, call coaching, and feedback sessions to improve team performance and accountability
  • Foster a culture of consistency, discipline, positivity, and self-ownership
  • Drive team performance to meet/exceed KPIs and pipeline goals, aligning with company revenue objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine account targeting and messaging
