This role involves creating and leading a high-performing SDR team, developing and executing a sales strategy, forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment, coaching and mentoring SDRs, collaborating with enablement and marketing teams, providing feedback on leads and campaigns, and improving opportunity management and qualification processes. The Sales Development Manager will also conduct monthly business reviews and instill a culture of accountability, learning, and performance within the SDR organization.
