Requirements

  • Interest in sales, a sales background, or 0-6 months of SDR experience
  • Proven track record of quota and KPI attainment
  • Driven individual who thrives on success and winning
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including responding to inquiries on the phone and via email
  • Strong problem-solving skills to decode a prospect's pain points through short conversations
  • Ability to learn (from formalized instruction and self-discovery) how to present product benefits
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet them with a successful product sale
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads, reaching out with urgency and contacting leads in 10 minutes or less
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Call, email, and use social touches to follow up with inbound marketing leads promptly
  • Engage in conversation to qualify inbound marketing leads based on qualification criteria
  • Evangelize Simpplr both internally and through inbound efforts
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sales accepted opportunities and sales qualified opportunities (Stage 2 & Stage 4)
