  • Ability to drive new business opportunities within new prospects, as well as ability to upsell to existing Dow Jones customers within a team selling environment
  • Ability to identify key customer issues to determine whether it is appropriate to set-up a meeting with a specialist
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness when working closely with people of diverse cultures or background
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple activities and re-prioritize when necessary to ensure revenue goals are achieved

Responsibilities

  • Call current and prospective clients to set-up meetings for our Professional Information Business suite of products
  • Work with Sales Directors, Account Executives and Sales Specialists to create sales campaigns for specific segments
  • Identify target groups, build prospect lists and produce qualified sales leads through targeted campaigns
  • Identify and qualify new leads to achieve and exceed personal and team revenue goals
  • Develop necessary internal relationships with all parts of the Professional Information Business team (Data Strategy, Product, Marketing & Sales)
  • Maintain records of sales calls, contacts and sales campaigns in the global CRM to provide management information
