Who we’re looking for

We’re launching an internship program for those who want to start their career in B2B lead generation — students, career switchers, or anyone taking their first steps in IT. No prior experience is required — we value proactivity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales Development, Anna Demerchian, and a team of experienced lead gen specialists.

What you will learn

  • Understand how to research and identify potential clients that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • How to craft clear, personalized, and engaging outreach messages
  • Insights into the B2B sales process in the IT industry

Your tasks during the internship

  • Create and optimize LinkedIn profiles for outreach purposes
  • Research and build targeted lead databases
  • Launch and manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn
