Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, dependability, adaptability, and good phone etiquette are essential. A self-motivated and driven individual with a sincere sense of competition is desired.
Develop and implement sales strategies, forging strong relationships with potential customers through phone, email, and Zoom. Drive leads through the marketing funnel, from initial contact to scheduling meetings for the sales team, and re-engage cold leads. Respond to inquiries from paid ads, in-app requests, and website forms. Collaborate with sales and marketing to assess inbound lead quality and experiment with new outreach methods. Act as a product expert to add value to early-stage customer interactions. Build pipeline by proactively prospecting companies that can benefit from Roboflow's solutions via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
