Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • 2+ years managing multi-function demand teams (Digital Demand Gen, ABM, and/or Field)
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth
  • Experience building and scaling marketing systems that directly contribute to revenue
  • Strategic operator and coach with ability to roll up sleeves and operate in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Analytical and data-fluent with ability to interpret pipeline metrics, salesforce data, and ROI dashboards
  • Collaborative, business-minded marketer with ability to build trusted partnerships with GTM and Exec teams

Responsibilities

  • Own Replicant’s marketing-led pipeline number: Define the strategy, programs, and budget that deliver predictable growth aligned with business goals
  • Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel: Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages
  • Partner closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership to align on targets, pipeline forecasting, lead scoring, routing, and reporting
  • Set priorities and coach the team: Provide strategic guidance, setting KPIs, and creating accountability for campaign quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams: Ensure messaging and campaigns are unified across all touchpoints and aligned to buyer needs
  • Lead a high-performing team of three strong individual contributors (Demand Gen, ABM, and Field Marketing)
  • Set the strategy, frameworks, and KPIs that fuel predictable, marketing-sourced pipeline growth
