Candidates must possess a college degree and six to one year of experience in an inside sales organization, demonstrating aptitude for sales and the courage to prospect. Interest or experience with energy markets is a plus, and strong communication skills, both written and presentation-based, are essential, alongside a technology-minded approach to explaining complex information.
The Sales Associate will work closely with Sales Managers and Directors to set sales meetings, prospect for new business, develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand customer needs, and report on account activity. They will also meet or exceed sales objectives for their energy market, accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities, and actively identify and develop new business prospects from various sources.
Manages virtual power plants and demand response
