They should be deeply curious, crave feedback, excited about learning in an accelerated environment, highly motivated, and enjoy making cold calls. An outside-the-box thinking approach is essential for creativity and adaptability. Previous SaaS experience is considered a plus.
The Sales Development Representative will act as the first point of contact with potential clients, communicating the value of Ada's AI Agents and consulting with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and goals. Responsibilities include crafting and deploying personalized omni-channel campaigns, qualifying prospective clients via video and phone calls, becoming an Ada product expert, developing new outbound prospecting strategies and optimizing existing ones, utilizing modern sales tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn, Gong, Vidyard, and Salesforce, and collaborating with Account Executives to build long-term relationships with new accounts.
