Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years of technology sales experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quota and a high level of income attainment. They must be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, possess the ability to initiate and execute on a self-defined business plan, be highly driven and self-motivated, and capable of taking feedback and constructive criticism to put it into action. Demonstrated success in strategic account selling and experience using Salesforce to input data, track pipeline and forecasts, and utilize reports for analytical purposes are also required. Strong business acumen is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Account Executive will manage a strategic territory coverage and sales plan, hunt and source their own pipeline, achieve revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis, build and grow an ongoing pipeline of existing accounts, travel across the MEA region, meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives, plan and manage both account and deal strategy, identify, qualify, orchestrate, and close new business within existing accounts, develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology heat map within entire account list, articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders, and work within a team environment to execute account and deal strategy and maximize sales efforts and success rate.
