Sales Account Executive - Middle East

Position Overview

BlueCat is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive to support our growing operations in the Middle East. As a critical member of our Sales team, you will connect existing customers, new logos, and channel partners to ensure they maximize their experience with BlueCat. This role requires a proactive individual capable of hunting for new business and nurturing existing accounts.

About the BlueCat Sales Team

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic territory coverage and sales plans to facilitate multi-angle access into new and existing accounts.
  • Hunt and source your own pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Build and grow an ongoing pipeline within existing accounts.
  • Travel across the MEA region.
  • Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.
  • Plan and manage account and deal strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, orchestrate, and close new business within existing accounts.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology heat maps within your account list.
  • Articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders.
  • Effectively identify and quantify customer pains, highlighting ROI and business value through a consultative sales approach.
  • Work within a team environment, managing internal and external resources to execute account and deal strategies and maximize sales efforts and success rates.
  • Establish and maintain strong, referenceable relationships with our client base.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of technology sales experience with a proven track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quota and high income attainment.
  • Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to initiate and execute on self-defined business plans.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and takes initiative.
  • Ability to receive and act on feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Capable of traveling across the Middle East and Gulf region(s).
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account selling.
  • Experience using Salesforce for data input, pipeline and forecast tracking, and report utilization for analysis.
  • Strong business acumen.
