Experience collaborating effectively with various internal departments and fluency in Arabic are mandatory. The role also requires adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and a willingness to travel as needed.
The RVP, Sales KSA will develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets, build, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, and drive top-line revenue with a strong emphasis on acquiring new enterprise customers. Responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, collaborating with pre-sales, marketing, product management, customer success, and data science teams, and engaging with senior technology and business executives at target accounts. The role also involves overseeing pipeline management, demand generation, sales forecasting, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities, and working with Customer Success Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction, drive upsell opportunities, and maintain retention rates.
