Requirements

Candidates must have proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams to consistently achieve revenue targets. Extensive experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in data management, analytics, AI, machine learning, or business intelligence solutions, is required. A strategic mindset, demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, motivating, and retaining top sales talent, and strong new business acquisition acumen are essential. Experience collaborating effectively with various internal departments and fluency in Arabic are mandatory. The role also requires adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and a willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

The RVP, Sales KSA will develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets, build, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, and drive top-line revenue with a strong emphasis on acquiring new enterprise customers. Responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, collaborating with pre-sales, marketing, product management, customer success, and data science teams, and engaging with senior technology and business executives at target accounts. The role also involves overseeing pipeline management, demand generation, sales forecasting, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities, and working with Customer Success Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction, drive upsell opportunities, and maintain retention rates.
