Candidates must have over 10 years of experience managing a direct field or specialist enterprise software sales team, with global experience strongly preferred. A deep domain expertise in selling Operational Technology solutions and a proven track record selling to Operational Technology and Line of Business stakeholders are essential. Experience in large, global software companies (2,000+ employees), managing multi-tiered customer relationships, selling to large customers, and establishing C-suite level relationships is required. The role also demands a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding team quotas, experience in attracting, retaining, and developing talent, superior knowledge of sales techniques, strong forecasting and business performance insights, and excellent organizational, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills. The ability to navigate complex opportunities and a willingness to travel 50% of the time are also necessary. Experience leveraging AI into work processes is also a requirement.
The Global Solution Sales Leader will lead and manage a global team of OT Solution Sales specialists to drive go-to-market strategies, capture new markets, and maximize net new annual contract value. They will build and execute the OT sales incubation and growth strategy, achieving key performance indicators for bookings, pipeline creation, recruitment, and talent development. Responsibilities include establishing and driving sales incubation best practices, acting as a trusted advisor, engaging directly with C-level customers to champion large deals, and managing accurate forecasting, business performance plans, and communications. The leader will leverage a matrixed sales structure, partner with specialist sales teams, core sales teams, Solution Consulting, ACE, Marketing, Industry, and Product teams to build the OT community, scale domain expertise, and accelerate growth. Additionally, they will bridge market insights to shape product pricing and packaging for go-to-market success and inform the business unit roadmap based on customer and market insights.
