Responsibilities
As an Executive Design Director, you will lead by example, defining and evolving Metalab’s design vision and coaching senior leaders and project teams. You will drive design strategy and execution, guiding strategic direction across projects and elevating the craft of UX, visual, brand, systems, and content design. Furthermore, you will lead organizational impact by collaborating with executive leadership, shaping internal systems, and representing Metalab in the design community through thought leadership and speaking opportunities.
