Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in a related field, prior experience in the Security or Access Control Industry, and proficiency in sales systems, mechanical aptitude, consultative selling, and electrical engineering.
The Sr. New Business Sales Lead will be responsible for acquiring new security distributors to support Chamberlain Group's access control strategy for community and facility end-user segments. This includes building product awareness, adoption, and sales growth within the security distribution channel by engaging with dealers and prospects. The role also involves supporting dealer engagement initiatives with segment end users in collaboration with internal teams, representing Chamberlain Group at industry events, and facilitating training for distributor sales teams and dealers. Additionally, the incumbent will support go-to-market strategies for new product deployment, build competitive product knowledge to position Chamberlain Group's offerings, track sales activities in Salesforce, and maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning.
