Extensive B2B SaaS experience, ideally in a growth-stage startup or scale-up environment, is required, and PLG experience is a plus. Proven track record of building and maturing revenue operations functions, processes, and tech stacks is essential, along with strong analytical skills in forecasting, modeling, and data visualization. Hands-on experience with leading GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Outreach/Salesloft, Gainsight, and Looker is necessary. The ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate effectively with executives and frontline teams is crucial, as is a builder's mindset for solving complex problems and creating clarity in ambiguity. A passion for enabling revenue teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences is also required.
The VP of Revenue Operations will architect and operate systems, processes, and insights to power the go-to-market engine.
