Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Extensive B2B SaaS experience, ideally in a growth-stage startup or scale-up environment, is required, and PLG experience is a plus. Proven track record of building and maturing revenue operations functions, processes, and tech stacks is essential, along with strong analytical skills in forecasting, modeling, and data visualization. Hands-on experience with leading GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Outreach/Salesloft, Gainsight, and Looker is necessary. The ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate effectively with executives and frontline teams is crucial, as is a builder's mindset for solving complex problems and creating clarity in ambiguity. A passion for enabling revenue teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences is also required.

Responsibilities

The VP of Revenue Operations will architect and operate systems, processes, and insights to power the go-to-market engine. This role involves partnering with GTM leadership to define and operationalize revenue strategy, align teams around shared goals, and lead revenue planning. Responsibilities include building and maturing scalable processes, identifying and implementing improvements, and standardizing handoffs between teams. The VP will own the GTM tech stack, evaluating and optimizing tools, and ensuring clean data governance. They will build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and forecasting models, delivering actionable insights on funnel performance and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Additionally, the role involves establishing the RevOps org's long-term vision, serving as a trusted advisor, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and leading change-management initiatives.
