What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales Goals: Directly work with Brand Partners to aggressively move business through the sales pipeline and inspire team members.
  • Craft Unique Solutions for Protocols: Partner with the team to develop tailored solutions for protocols, helping to design, pitch, and close complex deals across foundations and DAOs.
  • Coach and Manage Day-to-Day Performance: Provide proactive coaching, guidance, and feedback to improve team knowledge and capabilities.
  • Facilitate Sales Escalation & Closing: Champion the sales escalation process and work with the team to close high-value deals, seeking opportunities for top-down networking.
  • Manage and Improve Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, including weekly kickoffs, call reviews, and pipeline management, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Onboard, Train, and Mentor New Team Members: Lead the onboarding, skill development, and results growth of new team members through consistent learning and feedback.
