The candidate should have over 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops roles, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS companies. A deep understanding of GTM funnels and SaaS sales motions is required, along with strong technical proficiency in HubSpot, which is a must. Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are considered advantageous. An analytical mindset with a bias for action, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate are essential. Experience scaling RevOps functions at a SaaS company in the $20M–$50M ARR stage, strong project management skills, and experience with SaaS financial modeling, quota setting, or sales comp plan development are considered nice to have.
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for building and scaling the RevOps function, defining how to connect the revenue engine across Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support. Key duties include owning reporting and dashboarding, analyzing trends for insights, guiding forecasting accuracy, and partnering with Marketing and Sales to design campaigns and strategies. The role involves improving and scaling revenue processes such as lead routing and sales workflows, managing and optimizing GTM systems like HubSpot CRM and related integrations, and driving operational excellence through performance reviews and training. The manager will act as the connective tissue across functions, bridging strategy, systems, and execution.
